Rene made the buying process smooth and easy. After the sale, I had concerns about the paperwork and a noise with our 2021 Kia Sorento. The dealership took my concerns seriously, clearly explained everything, diagnosed the vehicle issue, and removed and refunded the AVAS GPS. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to make things right. Highly recommend!
